FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager For 60 years, San Diego Magazine has been a well established and recognized publication recognizing industries most influential consumer titles. Through the help of Crescendo Business Services LLC they've awarded the prestigious FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Designation to outstanding Wealth Managers. This designation is awarded to less than 7% of all Wealth Managers. In August of 2006, Crescendo mailed more than 32,500 nomination ballots to residents in the San Diego area. Recipients were asked to nominate candidates and to rate them based upon nine criteria: Customer Service, Integrity, Knowledge/Expertise, Communication, Value for Fee charged, Meeting Financial Objectives, Post Sale Services, Quality of Recommendations, and Overall Satisfaction. A Blue Ribbon Panel was then created by experienced and dedicated professionals. Checks and balances were put in place to avoid conflicts of interest in which panelists remained anonymous. Each panelist received only a portion of the nominee list, and they could not add or remove a Wealth Manager by themselves. The resulting list of Wealth Managers is an Elite Group of the top Managers within the San Diego area. |
